We're looking for a General Manager for a community pub in Bridgend. Salary £38-40k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.
Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Cherry Laurel in Bridgend and lead the team to success!

About the pub
The Cherry Laurel is a popular community pub, located on the busy Bridgend retail park with access to M4 and network links. The pub is frequented with shoppers with a busy lunch time trade and early evening peaks in sales. The Cherry Laurel has been recently refurbished. Inside there is an L shaped bar, and zoned areas- in the dining area there is capacity for 168, and also pub bar area where guests can enjoy TNT sports, play darts or a game of pool. Outside the pub there is a large car park and beer garden-that is extremely popular in the summer months!
