The ideal candidate must have exceptional management ability, someone with previous experience in a similar role, who can maintain and improve on the current results and performance.

General Manager Requirements:
You will need to have an excellent, proven track record working in a similar role
You will need to be process driven with strong leadership skills and have the ability to manage and develop your team to produce the required result.
You will also need to be highly organised and be able to manage the administrative and reporting side of the role in a timely and accurate manner.
Demonstrate a previous success track record and worked within a large franchised dealer group
You will have control of every aspect of the business so your organisational and motivational skills will need to be at the top of your game!
