This is a team role where the post holder will haveand will develop clinical pharmacy skills that will improve safety, efficiency, effectiveness, andconsistency of prescribing in primarycare. All activity will be agreed according to the Federation prescribingaction plan and as part of the planning process with the relevant GP practice.Clinical patient facing activities will only be undertaken with the agreementof GPs in the practice.
