General Practitioner

Are you a skilled General Practitioner with a passion for Out-of-Hours (OOH) Triage work? We are seeking dedicated and dynamic GPS to join our team in and around the Oxford area. This role is framework and will only be able to pay GPs PAYE or through an Umrella company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting efficient triage assessments for patients in Out-of-Hours settings.
• Providing timely and accurate medical advice over the phone.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills and empathy in dealing with diverse patient needs.

Requirements:

• GMC registration and license to practice.
• Proven experience as a General Practitioner, preferably with OOH experience.
• Strong triage skills and the ability to make quick and informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
