We are looking to expand our friendly and supportive clinical team at our long established training practice for Frimley VTS scheme within KSS deanery.
We have a diverse practice team including the additional roles of social prescribing link workers, clinical pharmacist, care co-ordinator and paramedics. We are active members of our Primary Care Network.
The Role
· Full-time or Part-time
4-8 sessions with flexible start and finish times within our opening hours of 8am-8pm
£11-11.5k per session per year depending on experience. (MDU /MPS reimbursed)
· Great work life balance with low to none home visits
· Duty list capped – Practice follows BMA safe working Policy
· 1 GP session = 14 patient contacts
· Immediately available
· Willing to wait for the right person
· GMS practice, list size 11,800
· 2 partners & 5 salaried GPs
· 1 long term locum doctor
· Dynamic nursing team
· 1 Nurse Practitioner
· 1 Advanced Care Practitioner
· 1 Paramedic Practitioner
· Home visiting team led by community paramedic
· High QOF achievement
· Purpose built premises near Town Centre
· On-site Physio, Pilates and Podiatry with staff discounts
· Pain & MSK CCG service provider
· Full use of electronic services like Accurx, triage first, EMIS Arden’s templates and e-consultation service
