We are working with modern, well-run GP practices who are looking for a salaried GP to join their current workforce and provide extra support. This position provides the best of both worlds by providing the security of a permanent, salaried position with the benefits of working with Last Minute Locum.
Practices which score GOOD and OUTSTANDING with CQC and have high QOF points and ideally seeking the perfect candidate to join their skilled and friendly teams of primary care professionals.
This role will have some flexibility with day set up and pay expectations as we can help you control these aspects to find the right environment for you.
Main Duties of the Role:
- To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care.
- GP to adhere to the GMC standards and build a healthy, fluent working relationship with other members of the multidisciplinary team
- We understand the process of finding a salaried position is a huge commitment and one that takes time and thought; therefore, we can help organise appropriate inductions, meetings and even locum trial periods before making the final decision.
