General Sales Manager - Car dealership - Premium- Brighton, Honoured to be presenting to you a very rare opportunity which hasn't come up for over 8 years. After an internal move our customer is now looking for an General Sales Manager to head up the team of 15 staff members.This is a state-of-the-art facility with one of the best-looking showrooms in the southeast which is on the second floor or a 3-storey dealership. We can also present to you on request drone footage of the site.Brand you will be working for has a rich heritage with a premium British company that is part of a dealer group worth over £500 million and one of the best in the Southeast.What you be rewarded with: £50,000 basic £80,000 OTE, can earn more on overachievement. CBS company car 33 days annual leave 8.30am-6pm Mon- Sat with one day in lieu and also Sunday on a rota basis with the TMs. Free on site parking Immaculate Offices Company Pension Scheme Referral Scheme Life Assurance Free eye tests Finical AdvisorDuties: Sales Team Management: You would be responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring they are meeting their targets. This would involve training, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve their goals. Sales Strategies: You would develop and implement sales strategies that would help your dealership achieve its sales targets. This may involve working with the marketing team to create effective advertising campaigns, identifying new sales opportunities, and working with other departments within the dealership to ensure that all sales efforts are aligned. Customer Service: You would ensure that the dealership provides excellent customer service to all customers, whether they are purchasing a new car or coming in for maintenance. This may involve conducting customer satisfaction surveys, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally. Inventory Management: You would be responsible for managing the dealership's inventory of cars, ensuring that the right cars are available to meet customer demand. This may involve forecasting demand, ordering new cars from manufacturers, and managing the dealership's stock of used cars. Financial Management: You would be responsible for managing the dealership's finances, including setting sales targets, developing budgets, and analysing financial data to identify areas for improvement. Reporting: You would be responsible for preparing regular reports for senior management, including sales reports, inventory reports, and financial reports. These reports would help senior management make informed decisions about the dealership's future direction.
