Our client are recruiting for a Generalist Advisor to meet the growing needs of their community, facing the energy and cost of living crises. Their holistic approach means that they seek to support peoples’ multiple needs. Within all of their services, we aim to gain an understanding of their clients’ needs and support them to access a range of services and activities both at the Centre and through local partners.
As a Generalist Advisor you will provide initial triage and assessments to people accessing the Integrated Advice Service to identify.

• any specific requirements
You will also be providing free, impartial and confidential assisted and generalist advice to clients on a range of energy and benefit issues including carrying out energy and benefit checks.
You may also have experience in the following: Support, Advisor, Trainer, Team Coordinator, Team Leader, Care Leader, Senior Support Worker, Day Centre Team Leader, Disability, Vulnerable Adults, Day Service Team Leader, Learning Disabilities Charity, Third Sector, NFP, Social Care etc.
