We are specifically looking to appoint a Geography Teacher (ECT) who is passionate about working in disadvantaged communities as the school have a significant high number of Pupil Premium students.
You will join a growing Geography department and under the guidance of a talented Head of Department. The successful Geography Teacher (ECT) will be mentored by an experienced Lead Practitioner and have weekly CPD training along with all of the school’s other ECT cohort.

- Close-knit supportive Humanities department with talented HOD

- Experienced Lead Practitioner as your ECT mentor
- Weekly CPD, training and progression
- UK Teaching qualification such as a PGCE, SCITT, or Bachelor of Education (BEd)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Minimum of a 2:1 degree within Geography
- Ability to deliver outstanding attainment and achievements up to KS5
- Innovative and creative approach ready to engage, enthuse and progress learning
- Exceptional subject knowledge of Geography
