We are currently seeking a Geography Tutor to join this welcoming team from April 2024 until the end of the academic year. The successful applicant will be delivering pre-planned lesson content to pupils from Year 7 to Year 11, specialising in Geography. This role is ideal for anyone considering a role in education in the future, this is a great opportunity to ‘earn while you learn’ and see first-hand if teaching is the career path for you without committing to a costly course.
This is a dynamic role in a friendly and supportive environment. The school is located in the north Manchester area, within proximity to Failsworth, Mosall and the City Centre. The expected salary range for this role is between £85-100 per day, depending on experience level.
What to expect from applicants?
We would like applicants to be recent graduates. This can be from any subject or degree pathway, however, you must have graduated on or after July 2022. An interest in Geography is desirable but not essential for the role.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:
- A recent graduate from 2022 onwards, from any subject or route of study
- Confident in managing a classroom and delivering pre-planned lesson content
- Have a flexible approach to the role and willing to try out different subjects
