This geotechnical and environmental consultancy based in Northampton are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join their team on a variety of exiting geo-environmental/ground investigation projects. To be considered for the ground investigation position you should have Geotechnical Engineering experience, with an understanding on geo-environmental principles. You should have a degree in applied geology, geography, environmental science or a similar relevant subject. You must live commutable to Northampton, hold a full UK Driving licence and have a full right to work in the UK.
The Geotechnical Engineer role will entail a wide range of responsibilities day to day. You'll be contributing to factual and interpretive report writing, Phase 1 desk studies, site investigations, soil and rock logging, training more junior members of the team and liaising with clients.
