Form of workWe are seeking a Geotechnical Professional to join a dynamic drilling company winning prestigious projects across the UK and the globe, with opportunities for assignments at various locations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate cable percussion and rotary drilling equipment.
- Monitor and control the drilling process to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment.
- Measure and record drilling progress and well depth.
- Interpret geological formations encountered during drilling.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in drilling, mud logging, or geotechnical engineering.
- Certifications: Triple STS or SMSTS, and a minimum Level 2 in Land Drilling.
- Willingness to learn and travel.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
Location:
- UK-based company with projects worldwide. Positions may be based at any of our three offices in the southwest, southeast, or northeast regions, or at project sites in Scotland.
