The company is based in Milton Keynes and welcomes candidates with transferable skills in Customer Service roles like retail or hospitality who are able and willing to relocate (within the UK).
Key Responsibilities:
Following a paid training period, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls from existing Deutsche Bank customers in Germany.
- Addressing credit card payment inquiries in German.
- Identifying and investigating suspicious credit card activity.
- Managing disputes and chargebacks on behalf of customers.
- Drafting professional emails in German for customer communication.
- Collaborating with cardholders and branches on ongoing cases.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with:
- Fluent oral and written proficiency in German (language skills will be tested).
- Good command of English.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to commute to the office in Milton Keynes Monday to Friday, starting at 7 am.

Benefits and Key Facts:
- Salary: GBP26,000 per year.
- Regular working hours: 7 am to 3.30 pm or 7.30 am to 4 pm, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Location:
The office is in a scenic location overlooking lakes and woods on the southern edge of Milton Keynes. It is conveniently located near the A5 and provides easy access to the M1. The site also offers ample secure parking.
Due to the sensitive nature of the credit card information handled in this role, remote working is unavailable.
