Job Description
- Strategic and pro-active asset management, commercial portfolio.
- Implementation of value-add asset management initiatives: leasing, re-gears, refurb and repositions.
- On-boarding of any new assets acquired ensuring a smooth handover post deal close.
- Management of all 3rd party consultants (property managers, letting agents, surveyors, lawyers and valuers)
- Prepare and implement annual business plans to increase fund performance.
- Assistance with financial cash flow modelling, performance reporting and evaluation of proposed initiatives.
- Regular external and internal reporting.
- Tenant, client and investor liaison.
- Preparation and delivery of board recommendations.
- Identify and implement ESG strategies.
The Successful Applicant
- Fluency (spoken & written) in both English and German.
- Minimum 2-4 years in commercial property asset management.
- Real Estate (or Built Environment) degree
- Ideally RICS qualification.
- Self-motivated, determined and diligent - excellent time-keeping skills.
- Excellent communication, ability to present both verbally and in written reports.
- Excellent relationship management skills, demonstrable track-record taking care of blue-chip Tenants.
- Solid Excel skills, including financial modelling and appraising asset management initiatives.
- Ability to travel to meet with key stakeholders and tenants in the UK and across Europe
