Our client is on a journey to become the number one talent provider in STEM markets, and they are looking to add to their team a DACH Billing Assistant. You do not need to have finance experience, however, experience in Customer Service would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing and delivery of billing on a daily basis in accordance with agreed-upon SLAs.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for billing processes and controls in the DACH regions.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the day-to-day billing operations, ensuring prompt resolution of issues affecting billing delivery.
- Process credit note requests within specified SLAs.
- Investigate queries as needed and provide timely and satisfactory resolutions to all concerned stakeholders.
- Update and maintain the master file for client billing requirements, ensuring correct application of changes or new billing requirements.
- Maintain high standards of quality when creating accounts and processing documents.
- Process documentation to facilitate cross-team support during periods of holidays or absence.
- Update billing reports as assigned by the Billing Team Manager.
- Collaborate with other departments and staff to ensure SLAs are met.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Billing Manager.
Interview Process
There will be a language skills test required, followed by a video interview, then an in-person interview at our clients office in Glasgow City Centre
This role is hybrid, with one day per week in the office.
