You will work for a high end furniture company in London who have recently moved some of their Customer Service teams over to London from Germany. These positions are to start immediately but have a good chance to being made permanent. The team is friendly, supportive and diverse.
Description
As the German Speaking Customer Service Administrator, you will:
Resolve customer problems
Offer first class Customer Service to businesses
Answer emails in German
Help process orders accurately and efficiently
Work in effectively in a Customer Service teamProfile
As the German Speaking Customer Service Administrator in London, you should have:
Written and spoken German language skills
Customer Service experience
Ability to start immediately
