IT Support Analyst - German Speaking

• Up to £27,000
• Flexible remote working
• Base in Northampton

You must be fluent in German and in English, have a passion for IT and enjoy combining responsive customer focus with an authentic service ethos.

The working hours are on a shift basis of 07:00 to 15:30, 07:30 to 16:00 and 08:30 to 17:00.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing specialist first line support for a range of IT and networking solutions
• Analysing and interpreting support incident information
• Investigating, managing and documenting support-related incidents
• Prioritising service calls and adjusting work plans to support high priority incidents

Key Skills:

• VPN issues
• MS Admin e.g. Distribution lists
• Active Directory (permissions, groups etc)
• MS Office queries and issues
• Networking issues (routers, switches)
• Hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, phones)
• Provisioning coordination (identifying the number of phones required, arranging internet set up etc)
