IT Support Analyst - German Speaking
- Up to £27,000
- Flexible remote working
- Base in Northampton
You must be fluent in German and in English, have a passion for IT and enjoy combining responsive customer focus with an authentic service ethos.
The working hours are on a shift basis of 07:00 to 15:30, 07:30 to 16:00 and 08:30 to 17:00.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing specialist first line support for a range of IT and networking solutions
- Analysing and interpreting support incident information
- Investigating, managing and documenting support-related incidents
- Prioritising service calls and adjusting work plans to support high priority incidents
Key Skills:
- VPN issues
- MS Admin e.g. Distribution lists
- Active Directory (permissions, groups etc)
- MS Office queries and issues
- Networking issues (routers, switches)
- Hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, phones)
- Provisioning coordination (identifying the number of phones required, arranging internet set up etc)
