The Job:
This role sits within a small sales team and reports into the Marketing Director. As the only German speaking Sales Representative in the team, you will be required to contact existing and potential customers through tele-sales activity and record activity in Hubspot (CRM system).

Day to day duties:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed - setting appointments as required
Enter and update customer information in Hubspot
Process orders in an accurate manner - progress to Quotation via Hubspot workflow
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Continuous improvement on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of campaigns
Measured success to be monitored with delivery against impact - daily, weekly and monthly Reporting

The Person
Must be a fluent German Speaker
Solid customer service experience with the ability to make sales calls
Happy to work with a technical product base
Sales experience is desirable, attitude, drive and German speaking is more important
