Job responsibilities of the German speaking Sales Team Manager
As German speaking Sales Team Manager, you will lead the company sales operations into Germany. You will manage a Sales Team of German speaking business developers and work with them to maximise sales into Germany. You will set them KPI's and a sales strategy.
You role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the Sales Team (currently 3-4 people) with KPI's and daily sales tasks
- Demonstrate sales leadership to the team
- Work with the team on managing and closing sales opportunities
The successful candidate background
- Fluency in German and English is essential. Fluency also in Turkish is an advantage but not essential
- Previous experience in sales / business development/ telesales/ lead generation
- Experiences with team leading or team management is essential
- Experience of working with KPI's
- Strong communications skills with ability to gather details about prospects
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Salary, benefits and working hours
Base salary negotiable and competitive - £40,000 - £60,000 but all salary requests will be considered.
