SalaryBased in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, this leading telemarketing company is searching for part-time German-Speaking Telemarketers to join their enthusiastic and diverse team for a temporary contract, starting mid-January.

Offered on a hybrid basis between the hours of 8am and 12pm, you'll be paid up to GBP12.00 per hour and will enjoy a range of benefits including incentives for entry into prize draws, dedicated training, free snacks and drinks, regular events and team socials, and a bonus scheme!
Upon completion of training, you will enjoy a dynamic role where your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as an extension of their client's business to perform outbound calls to businesses
- Successfully identifying prospects through calls and generating leads
- Effectively handling enquiries from prospective clients
- Carrying out administration tasks and maintaining the CRM system, ensuring all information entered is accurate and up-to-date
- Meeting key project objectives and individual targets
The successful candidate will:
- Be a fluent German speaker, confident conversing and building rapport in German
- Be capable of working on a complex telemarketing campaign
- Be confident over the phone, with an impeccable telephone manner and superb communication skills
- Be motivated and driven, able to work to targets and exceed expectations
