GIRLS FOOTBALL COACH
Type of contract: Sessional
Hours of work: Between 3 and 15 hours per week (daytime and evenings)
Salary: £11.05 - £15.00 per hour
Location: Schools and Sports Venues across West London, primarily Brent & Uxbridge
Reports to: Football Development Officer
Department: Football Development
We are looking to recruit a number of talented Football Coaches to work across a variety of girls specific coaching sessions in West London. Sessions include: Schools coaching, weekly football sessions and FA Wildcats/squads football sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead the delivery of football sessions for female footballers within schools.
- Support the delivery of weekly coaching sessions.
- Deliver and lead the FA Wildcat and Squad sessions.
The type of experience we are looking for:
Qualifications
- FA Level 2 / UEFA C
- Driving Licence (desirable)
- In date DBS. Safeguarding & First Aid Qualifications (desirable)
Skills, Knowledge, Experience
- Previous experience coaching girls' football (desirable)
- Familiarity with the FA Wildcats/Squad programs (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
- Passion for working in girls'/women’s football.
- Proactive in planning and delivering coaching sessions.
- Consistently acts as a positive role model.
- Capable of building excellent relationships with session attendees.
