Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Glazing & Ironmongery Operative on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Order Review working closely with Team Leader.
• Training new employees where required.
• General housekeeping.
• Increase efficiency of department.
• Corrective/Preventive action – work with all departments to report and prevent wasted/down time.
• Ensure Health and Safety practices are observed.
• Any other reasonable duties that might be needed from time to time to assist the company in attaining its business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Be willing to learn new skills.
• Able to use hand and power tools.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to prioritise work load in order to complete all tasks to high standards.
• Good time management.
