Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and creative professional to join the organisation's International Education group and help strengthen our ability to effectively grow our reach to more learners around the world.

As part of our International Network, the Operations and Enablement team serves as a bridge between the nine teams based in the countries where we work and instrumental to helping the organisation realise its strategic ambitions and positively impacting the future of education, worldwide.

About the role

You will work within the team and with key stakeholders at our Cambridge headquarters and around the world to ensure that the International Network and its nine regional teams have the resources, footprint, process and framework to achieve our goals. You will also ensure that risks and opportunities are effectively managed across the International Network, including investigating challenges and opportunities for change, developing a case for change and carry out change activities both within International Network and as part of collaborative teams.

Reporting to the Head of Enablement and Operations, International Network and working within an empowering, supportive and agile headquarters-based team made up of professionals and senior executives, you will support the organisation to reach more learners, more effectively, expanding Cambridge's educational impact. You will have the opportunity to develop the role and have a real impact on how we expand our global educational impact.

About you

You are a dynamic and motivated professional able to work with others effectively as part of an inclusive and diverse global network across the business. You have experience working in international contexts across cultures, locations and time zones.

You have experience in managing Business Operations and change activities, including planning and prioritisation and building cases for change aligned to strategic priorities. You use your skills in effective planning and stakeholder influence to drive change, typically working on multiple projects.

You are able to engage with financial and strategic planning processes in a complex organisation. And you bring your keen curiosity and analytical skills to identify and articulate case for changes within and without those processes.

You are educated to a degree level in a relevant field (or demonstrable equivalent experience). You have demonstrable awareness of the broader educational context in which the International Education group operates are geopolitically and economically literate.
