Global Campaign Manager R esponsibilities:
As the Global Campaign Manager your key duties will include:
- Campaign Planning:Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
- Content Development: Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create compelling assets, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Channel Management: Execute campaigns across digital and offline channels, monitor performance, and optimize based on data.
- Budgeting: Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal ROI.
- Collaboration: Work with commercial, innovation, and technical teams to align messaging and ensure seamless execution.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct post-campaign analysis, evaluate performance against KPIs, and provide insights for future campaigns. Generate reports to track key metrics.

Global Campaign Manager Experience
This position would suit someone who has proven experience in a marketing and campaign management role with a track record of successful ROI. Experience with account based marketing would be preferred, but the suitable candidate will have knowledge of B2B marketing mainly. A bachelor's degree in marketing or business and/or CIM would be desirable, however, experience and technical capabilities are going to be more essential. The successful candidate will be a keen multi-tasker, is proactive, positive and creative, and is an excellent communicator and team player.
Location
This position will be based near Benson (OX10), with flexible hybrid working (minimum 1 day per week in the office). There is on-site parking.
