JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about working with documentations and support the team with the production of metrics? Then this role is for you.

This roles provides excellent opportunity to become a Continuous Improvements Associate and improve Proactive Engagement, Business Analysis and Testing Teams experience with Change, Knowledge and Metrics.As a Continuous Improvements Associate in the Regulatory Operations Change Team, you will work closely with the improvement documents, delivers sessions, support the team with the production of metrics to underpin the data driven decisions culture.You will also refine and update the process documentation, deliver interactive sessions to embed understanding, create digital content to support day to day working and assist with metrics definitions, reporting and understanding.

Job responsibilities

  • Owns and refines documented end to end processes for all teams in Regulatory Operations
  • Updates internal support documentation when process changes occur
  • Designs and delivers learning sessions to support existing and new team members
  • Inputs to the Continuous Improvement Strategic Plan
  • Assists with ad hoc sessions to underpin individuals understanding as required
  • Creates digital learning bites
  • Assists with Metrics and creates reporting

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Background in Change Management and Learning
  • Ability to embrace a constantly changing environment
  • Strong skills in Jira, Confluence, Camtasia and Communication
  • Inclusive approach with the ability to collaborate across different groups and regions
  • Understanding of the Banking / Finance Industry

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, Scrum and Kanban
  • Understanding of Metrics Automation
