Global Compensation and Benefits Manager – EMEA and USA Experience
Location – one day per week at Bristol site
Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a global organisation on the hire of a Compensation and Benefits Manager position. The role will be based onsite in Bristol one day per week ( close to Weston Super Mare) so there is flexibility for this candidate to be based in the South West and / or Midlands. This is a newly formed role due to predicted growth across Europe and to build the Compensation and Benefits processes internally. This role is a stand alone position working in a group capacity.
The Role
As Global Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will have had exposure to working across Europe and the USA. Our client has operations across the globe and you will be responsible for all Reward activity on a global basis. The role will report to the Chief People Officer and will span strategic planning, design and implementation of benefits and compensation programmes and oversee the administration for all annual pay reviews and incentive cycles. The first large project on appointment will be job architecture and job benchmarking globally and working with the Chief People Officer on the benefits programme across the firm
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have experience in designing Compensation and Benefits programmes in multiple regions and experience on overseeing pay review cycles. You will lead on all reward activity for the firm and implement strong data reporting and analytics for the business. Our client is looking for a proven Compensation and Benefits / Rewards professional who has global experience.
