Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a well-known organisation based in Birmingham. This position is a Permanent role, working on a hybrid working pattern, split between their Birmingham office and remote working. This role will support the Global HR Operations across multiple countries. Our client is looking for an experienced Head of HR who can become a valued member of their Senior Leadership Team, support the whole organisation from a Senior HR Perspective across EMEA and APAC

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Experienced Global Head of HR with a background in Manufacturing or Engineering is essential.
• Be able to demonstrate managing remote teams as well as multiple sites
• Strong stakeholder management and generalist experience
• Must be willing to work in their Birmingham office at least 3 days per week with some international travel as and when is required
