As one of three Global HR Business Partner's you'll report to the Chief People Officer and be an active member of the People Leadership team. You'll work side by side with key Business and Functional leadership to create and drive the business and people roadmap to help drive innovation, build capability and enable performance and growth within the business. Working in tandem with global centres of expertise you'll have a broad influence over the people agenda and using your HR expertise, your strategic thinking capability and commerciality you'll play a key role in areas such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Organisation development and design, supporting growth including M&A activity, talent management and leadership coaching.

It is likely that you will have built your HR Business Partnering experience in a similar environment. Everyone is encouraged to work in a hybrid pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote respectively. This role can be based in Birmingham (B37) or London with a minimum of 1 day per week in each location; a chance to foster collaboration and create that real sense of belonging.
