About the RoleAs a Marketing Automation Specialist within our dynamic marketing team, your primary purpose is to drive the enhancement and expansion of our Marketing Automation capabilities, ensuring a seamless integration with our CRM and other MarTech solutions. Your role is pivotal, contributing to the strategic growth of our organization through the execution of automated customer lifecycle and retention campaigns, with a keen focus on increasing engagement, driving revenue, and improving client retention.
Collaborating closely with the digital experience, brand and content team, you will be instrumental in scaling the capabilities of our Marketing Automation platform. Your responsibilities extend to supporting key marketing operation initiatives, including lead management, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and other strategic marketing activities, showcasing your proficiency in orchestrating impactful and data-driven campaigns.
As a creative force, you will be crafting engaging, relevant, and personalized digital content across various channels, including email, chat, sales enablement, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. Your expertise in Marketo and other relevant Marketing Automation tools will shine as you execute end-to-end Marketo campaigns, from audience segmentation to dynamic content creation, automated program setup, and efficient data capture.
Monitoring and managing our email creation platform (e.g., Knak) falls under your purview, ensuring optimal efficiency in campaign execution. Your analytical prowess will be crucial in monitoring and analyzing email campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimization strategies for continuous success.
Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with the Marketing Automation team to develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. By staying abreast of industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in email marketing, you will ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Job OpportunityWhat you'll be doing...
Marketing Automation Platform Scaling: Collaborate with the marketing technology team to scale the capabilities of our Marketing Automation platform and integrate it with our CRM and other MarTech solutions.Automated Customer Lifecycle and Retention Campaigns: Utilize customer data to develop and execute automated customer lifecycle and retention campaigns, aiming to increase engagement, drive revenue, and improve client retention.Key Marketing Operation Initiatives: Support key marketing operation initiatives, including lead management, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and other strategic marketing activities.Creation of Engaging Digital Content: Develop engaging, relevant, and personalized digital content for various channels, including email, chat, sales enablement, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.Execution of Marketo Campaigns: Execute all aspects of Marketo campaigns, including audience segmentation, dynamic/personalized content creation, automated program setup, and effective data capture.Monitoring and Management of Email Creation Platform: Monitor, manage, and maintain the email creation platform (e.g., Knak) to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution.Performance Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.Collaboration with Marketing Automation Team: Collaborate closely with the Marketing Automation team to develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Essential SkillsWhat You'll need...
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in Marketing Automation, with a focus on executing successful campaigns.Expertise in Marketo and other relevant Marketing Automation tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience with email creation platforms, such as Knak, is a plus.Knowledge of current trends and best practices in email marketing.
