SalaryBased in Chesterfield our Client is a well established and very successful global organisation with strong plans for further growth. To enable them to increase their profile, both UK and globally they are now looking for an experienced Global Marketing Director to join their senior leadership team.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy for the group including brand strategy, positioning, market segmentation and customer awareness. You will grow and oversee the global and regional marketing team who will run the marketing campaigns and activities by increasing brand awareness, generating sales through leads and strategic advertising, and working with the board to develop the company goals.
As Global Marketing Director you should have in-depth marketing communications experience and a passion for digital technologies. Reporting to the Sales Director and working closely with the senior Leadership team, sales and operations teams to align the marketing objectives with the business objectives and vision the successful candidate will be self-motivated, used to working independently and used to motivating and leading growing teams.
