You will have proven experience in a similar role carrying out the following duties;
- Assist the employee with obtaining necessary registrations and work permits to allow entry into specified regions including: Social registrations, A1's, VISAs, Posted Worker, Assignment letters etc.
- Ensure the Global Mobility software is kept up to date with relevant registrations and documents
- Hold introductory meetings with new international starters to ensure clear understanding and travel requirements
- Review and assist with tax applications for expats in new regions
- Review timesheet monthly information and compare working locations to Global Mobility software
- Understand individual country entry requirements for existing and new regions
