AddressWe are currently seeking a Global Mobility Consultant to join our passionate, collaborative and results-driven team. As part of the HR Talent Services team of subject matter experts focused on employee experience, you will provide regional support and act as the main point contact for business leaders, HR and employees to provide optimal guidance and solutions for all aspects of remote work arrangements, international assignments, relocations and business travelers arrangements.
You will play an important role in the team, providing practice support and subject matter expertise to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Business Leaders and Employees relating to international assignments, relocations, remote work and business traveler arrangements. You will prepare cost estimates and packages for proposed assignments/relocations and partner with Business Leaders and HR teams to ensure a consistent application of Global Mobility practices to provide an equitable employee experience.
With support from the Global Talent Mobility Operations Manager, partner with the business to provide responsive and time critical advice and guidance in respect of new overseas bids and overseas resources/new assignment enquiries and you will partner with Payroll, Finance, Accounting and Legal departments to ensure effective administration and governance of all assignments, relocations, remote work and business traveler arrangements.
You will participate and support Global Mobility Projects and initiatives and assist with managing the relationship with external vendors to ensure an expected level of service is offered and vendors deliver on the employee experience.
ABOUT YOU
You will have Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or a related field and Global Talent Mobility experience.
You will have demonstrated in-house Global Mobility experience with working knowledge of creating cost estimates, assignment letters and other Global Mobility documentation. Expatriate tax experience is highly regarded.
You will have strong knowledge of immigration, tax and social security complexities and proven ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas. You will be comfortable working with assignments/relocations to locations that may not have established processes or have had previous assignments. You will also have the following:
