Pertemps are looking for a
Global Payroll Manager to join their prestigious client in Swindon.The role includes managing the payroll process for 5 international offices within the internal portal.You must be able to ensure legal compliance with every day tasks, including year-end procedures and tax reporting globally. You must also have experience in payroll, and dealing with highly confidential/sensitive data.Day to day activities include and are not limited to:
- Collate data from Sales and Line Manager's for the monthly payroll input
- Work with the HR and Finance team to ensure everything is uploaded within the required dead-lines.
- Check and monitor overtime forms to ensure compliance with policy and working time directive
- Ensure timely delivery of payroll information to the payroll provider
- Ensure payment is made to employees on the determined payment date (normally 28th of each month)
- Ensure relevant International Payroll requirements are adhered to
- Managing Aviva Pension Scheme, adding new starters, uploading monthly contributions into the Aviva portal
- Manage any payroll forecasting for the group based on headcount, pay rates etc and feed this into the management accounting team
- Collection of data for commission payments from sales teams, ensuring this is approved
- Reviewing all draft payroll data and obtain sign off
- Providing accurate annual data for budgeting requirements
- Ad-hoc Monthly reporting
