Global Payroll Specialist

Global Payroll Specialist - 5 week day rate, up to £350 per day - London, hybrid - Immediate start
Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a global technology company, who are looking to recruit a Global Payroll Specialist, on an interim basis. As a Global Payroll Specialist, you will be an integral part of the HR department and will be ensuring that each stage of the payroll process complies with due processes and procedures. This role is on a hybrid basis, consisting of 3 days within their central London office.
The Global Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
* Provide expertise in US pay code setup and administration to facilitate the transition of the existing payroll provider in the US
* Ensuring payroll deadlines are met and payments comply with the various national and local pay arrangements
* Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements in each country
* Dealing with any queries relating to compliance
* Coordinate with external providers to prepare and submit payroll tax filings, reports, and remittances accurately and within specified deadlines
Key Skills:
* Proven experience as a US Payroll Specialist or in a similar role, with hands-on experience administering outsourced payrolls
* Strong knowledge and understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws in the US
* Knowledge of Cloupay would be beneficial
* A self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
