JOB PURPOSE
The Global PR Assistant will support the Central PR team with all press office functions. An exciting opportunity for an organised and passionate junior communications professional, who can continue to build on and develop strong cross-functional relationships and share their depth of knowledge eloquently internally and externally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Daily info news - responsible for having an ear to the ground for all industry updates and sharing news with the Global PR team.
  • Managing regional weekly PR calls: schedule, agendas, and notes.
  • Communications calendar alignment - responsible for liaising with teams across the Marketing department to update the monthly calendar in real time and sharing updates with the central PR team.
  • Assisting on all Brand and Product reporting:
    • All Brand and Product moments and campaigns
    • Shows
    • Weekly editorial reports
    • Seasonal reports
    • Ad hoc SLT reports
  • Invoice management assistance: raising POs, communicating with external vendors, and updating the central budget.
  • Assistance to the Samples and local PR team with brand editorial features: sample management around day of shoot, general coordination.
  • Support the team with gifting processes -key product initiatives, festive and any capsule collections.
  • Managing delivery of hard copies of coverage and sharing digital coverage with the central PR team.
  • General press office admin and support.

PERSONAL PROFILE
  • A degree relating to Fashion PR/Communications/Promotion/Marketing.
  • Experience of working in a press samples office or creative environment
  • A passion and focus for PR and the fashion and creative industries.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, adaptable to change.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships across the business.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Including Excel.
  • Use of DMR a bonus
