The three year program is an exciting opportunity to understand first-hand how Procurement serves as a strategic partner for Publicis Groupe (our parent company), one of the largest communications company in the world, to continue to deliver holistic business solutions for our clients and our people. With our Apprenticeship you will gain a solid foundation and practical experience in Procurement whilst also be provided with the support and structure to obtain a professional procurement qualification with CIPS

Apprenticeship Summary
The program is divided into rotations between our core services; Sourcing, Vendor/Asset Management and Performance. The third rotation will combine Asset Management, PMO, CSR & Diversity and other shadowing activities. You will complete an 8-month rotation covering each of these disciplines,
- Sourcing includes market research, defining business requirements, issuing out tenders, and negotiating business deals
- Vendor Management involves managing the contract from when the contract is signed until it expires or is terminated, and will involve risk management, checking compliance to contract terms, and managing relationships with suppliers in order to tap into new ideas and innovations. Asset Management encompasses the lifecycle management of software, hardware, and IT leases including reviewing contracts, negotiating terms for contract extensions, and retiring assets no longer required.

Following successful completion of the 3 rotations, you will be assigned to one of the core services to complete the 3rd year of the apprenticeship. During this time, you will be trained to manage the core activity in the department gaining valuable practical experience.
Training & Qualification Gained
- On successful completion of the apprenticeship, individuals will have achieved the CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement & Supply, a globally recognised qualification
- Training will be a combination of on the job and off the job
- The off the job element will include classroom style learning and revision days as well as one to one tutor sessions
- Study guides, eBooks and eLearning will be provided
Upon successful completion of Level 4 in the initial 24 months, Publicis Re:Sources UK can support the apprentice to potentially progress to Level 5 & 6. You will be exposed to different categories and areas of Procurement allowing you to discover your own future career aspirations and will also have the opportunity to secure a full-time role if available.
