Global Services & Solutions Leader Gb

Amazing opportunity to take on this GB Leadership role in our Ipswich office! Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for our next Global Service and Solution Center of Excellence Leader.
As Global Service and Solution (GSS, Corporate Risk & Broking) Center of Excellence (CoE) Leader, you will be responsible for defining the strategy for growth of the multinational and cross-border business in Country, as well as for ensuring delivery of services for cross-border clients (headquarters in GB, or account owned by GB, and multinational clients with presence in this country). 
You will also oversee local GSS resources. This role is performed under the direction GSS CRB Regional Leadership to execute the strategy for the portfolio of GSS, Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) services in GB. 
The Role
•   Working with the Regional or Global lead, setting and executing strategy for the pursuit of GSS, CRB clients (existing and potential) for GB
•   Partnering with local CRB leaders, Client Relationship Directors, local consultants, GSS and other line of business sales champions/producers  
•   Managing the GSS, CRB team in Country
•   Provision and management of MI and data for team operation and reporting to leadership
•   Manage Career Development plans for members of the team
•   Supporting sales pursuits and GSS, CRB initiatives for the group, as required working with the GSS Sales & Advisory Leads
•   Delivery of GSS, CRB services to assigned multinational clients headquartered or managed in GB in accordance with the best practices defined by GSS CRB leadership 
•   Service line development, go to market messages and sales & marketing for GSS, CRB activities in GB
•   Identifies opportunities to cross-sell new products and services 
•   Primary focus on GSS, CRB GB P&L i.e. revenue growth, direct GSS cost management, and profitability 
•   Supports I&D hiring and activities to create a supportive working environment
•   Utilization of new technologies and central services as defined by the practice
The Requirements
•   Proven significant technical expertise across global/multinational insurance programs and global program coordination 
•   Track record of success in winning new large client assignments with multinationals
•   Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, superior ability to communicate and influence at senior leadership level and ability to work effectively with cross functional teams 
•   Ability to lead and manage and coach to develop and retain expertise
•   Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges
•   Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple priorities
