As a Global Supply Manager at CoreWeave’s, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Global Supply chain operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to our customers. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, particularly within the European Union (EU).
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate with suppliers worldwide to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers in the EU region.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Implement and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- EU Compliance and Regulations: Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements in the EU, including customs, trade agreements, and environmental standards.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, including geopolitical, economic, and regulatory factors. Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
- Supplier Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Conduct regular supplier assessments and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions. Develop and manage contracts to ensure alignment with company goals and EU regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain, leveraging data analytics and industry best practices to optimize processes and enhance overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Master's degree and APICS certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager with 5-7 years with a focus on the EU market.
- In-depth knowledge of EU supply chain regulations, customs, and trade compliance.
