We are now looking for a Global Training Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Global Training Co-ordinator, you will support the development and implementation of our global Safeguarding Training Strategy.
Co-ordinating and delivering impactful training programmes, you will propose and implement innovative training methods such as brown-bag lunch discussions, Q&A sessions, gamification and discussion forums to enhance the effectiveness of the training.
You will also provide overall administrative support to the Global Safeguarding Lead, facilitating their ability to fulfil our safeguarding objectives.
Additionally, you will:
- Support the development and sourcing of new training materials
- Oversee and co-ordinate safeguarding training needs analysis
- Conduct annual training evaluations
- Maintain and organise general safeguarding and training documentation
- Manage and update databases related to training and induction attendance
About You
To be considered as a Global Training Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in planning and co-ordinating training programmes, workshops and/or webinars at a large organisation
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in L&D, Human Resources or a closely related field
