A great opportunity has arisen for a Global Training Content Manager to join a well-established business based in North Manchester. This is a unique opportunity where you will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to devise and implement a learning strategy for the business globally.
Below is an overview of the key things you will take responsibility for:
- Liaising with internal Managers globally to understand learning needs
- Working closely with the wider HR team
- Gathering relevant data
- Establishing learning objectives
- Creating learning content
- Liaising with tech specialists to create content for the e-learning platform
- Managing a variety of learning projects
- Monitoring and reporting on KPI's for continuous improvement processes, and establishing feedback systems to refine learning programmes
My client is looking for someone with experience of managing training programmes within a complex or global organisation. Excellent communication skills and strong project management skills are also essential for this role.
Please note 80% of the role will be UK based with 20% of the time being spent travelling internationally.
