Title: Global Workforce Management Specialist

As a Global Workforce Management Specialist for this catering company you will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining systems and processes that manage the organization's workforce.
This role involves ensuring that the right number of employees are available at the right times to meet business needs.

• Some of the key responsibilities will be scheduling, forecasting labor needs, timekeeping, attendance tracking, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Administer, configure, and maintain UKG Pro WFM.
• Provide 3rd-level support for system issues and collaborate with vendors for 4th-level support.
• Support global implementation and integration projects.
• Gather and translate requirements into system functionalities.
• Deliver training on new features, processes, and best practices.
• Manage and create reports, ensuring data integrity.
• Perform system upgrades and audits, and maintain documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommend solutions.
• Complete other tasks as requested by management.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Kronos).
• Previous experience in a similar position within a fast-paced working environment
• Experience with big employee headcounts
• Knowledge of HCM, labor planning, and payroll systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent English
• Experience in system training and process improvement.
