HRGO are recruiting for a Goods Coordinator on behalf of our client in Dover with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will be working closely with the warehouse assistant and Customer Experience admin team with processing the customer repair / returns.
Duties:
- Receipt of all daily repairs & Returned to Stock items.
- Responsible for the goods inwards booking in area.
- Follow the scrap process as and when required.
- Returned To Stock Customer Care Cases to be managed.
- Ensure that the RTS is within a set target monthly.
- Help develop the warehouse assistant to cover in the absence of the Goods Coordinator.
- Run weekly stock reports to manage collections, transfers, management of kanban systems and annual stock takes.
Skills Required:
- Have the necessary skills to carry out all aspects of receipting and preparing despatch for the main warehouse for customer returns.
- Be well organised and disciplined to work through prescribed processes to meet daily deadlines.
- Have strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Have strong administration skills.
- Forklift experience desirable, although training can be provided.
- Strong computer literacy of Microsoft office.
