GOODS IN - Logistics Coordinator Administrator £25000 + benefits
To provide administrative support to the Logistics area and to liaise with other departments and customers to ensure excellent customer service.
Duties to include - dealing with drivers, Goods In and out etc .
Customers are contacted in a timely manner with relevant information, including: Updates on queries and order progress; Transport information; Up to date pricing information or quotations; Accurate logs of quotes, queries, complaints are maintained.
You will need excellent planning skills to ensure Delivery schedules are met.
Shunt deliveries between Bury and Manchester re effectively co-ordinated.
Route plans are distributed to the relevant departments on time and changes effectively communicated.
Drivers’ load and run sheets are prepared accurately and on time
