About you:
*Proven management experience
*Previous experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment
*Team development experience
*Change management experience
*Confidence to challenge the norm
*Engaging and motivating people manager
*Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
*Proficient in Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
*Experience with warehouse management systems (Navision or similar)
Qualifications:
*FLT license
