The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating proficiency in checking incoming goods for quality, quantity, and proper packaging. This hands-on role requires strong organisational skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to manage stock efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Inspecting incoming goods for quality, quantity, and packaging accuracy
• Manage stock levels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies in received goods
• Oversee the delivery of production line stock, maintaining a seamless workflow
• Utilise forklift equipment responsibly and safely (FLT license preferred)
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high standards
• Collaborate with various departments to optimise stock management processes
• Train and supervise team members involved in Goods in/Goods out activities
• Keep accurate records of inventory transactions and stock levels

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Goods in/Goods out within a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role
• Forklift license is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
