Goods Inwards Quality Inspector

Role Overview:

The postholder will check and approve incoming material certification, support quality control of incoming goods, and support the return of non-confirming goods in accordance with the procedures of Spirax Group (SXS UK).

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…

  • Using appropriate testing equipment to support the quality inspection of products delivered to Spirax Sarco UK in accordance with internal procedures
  • Verifying the quality of product-certification delivered in accordance with internal procedures
  • Ensuring the traceability and quality status of products by completing electronic and manual transactions within the defined systems as applicable to the role
  • Ensuring measuring equipment is within calibration
  • Managing the processing and throughput of parts and certification effectively, to facilitate on-time-delivery to our internal and external customers
