Permanent – 36.25 Hours – Full Time - The post holder will be expected to regularly attend meetings outside of normal working hours and occasional weekend work will be required
RBH currently have an opportunity for an Governance Co-ordinator to join our Governance Service to ensure that effective and efficient support is maintained to the Governing Bodies
What you will be doing:
You will support the Society’s mutual governance structure in a wide range of activities providing a secretariat service, planning and coordinating events, facilitation of meetings and responding to queries.
In this role you will Assist the Governance Manager and Secretary in the administration of governance services and processes in compliance with the Society’s Mutual.
This role is generally 10% of time out on visits to other RBH locations and 10% on project work.
Work may be home, office and field based. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the society.

- The ability to understand discussions in a debating forum and to summarise them and accurately record the decisions in writing.
- The ability to draft and verbally present detailed and accurate written reports for governance issues.
- Ability to identify risks and be able to react to these quickly and appropriately.
- The ability to set and maintain high standards for all matters relating to RBH Governance
