The team handles handles a broad mix of litigation, investigation, export control, cybersecurity, mergers and acquisition, and counselling work. They are known for their successful bid protest practice, which litigates before all tribunals and is renowned for achieving success in high-profile, high-stakes, and precedent-setting cases.
You will have the chance to manage litigation and counselling involving space-related acquisitions, such as those for satellites, space travel, and missions, as well as business dealings involving some of the largest federal contractors and small businesses that produce cutting-edge military technologies.
Qualified applicants:
- 3+ Years of prior legal experience in the field and have a demonstrated interest in Government Contracts.
- Strong research, writing and analytical skills, and an ability to work independently and creatively.
- Experience as a judicial clerk for US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit or Court of Federal Claims, or academic training in Government Contracts law will be strongly considered.
- Must be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed to practice in Washington D.C.
