An excellent GP surgery in Swindon, Wiltshire who are part of a larger well organised PCN are looking for ad-hoc cover with a view of going into longer term 4-8 sessions per week as Long term locum GP paying up to £750 / day OUTSIDE OF IR35. ( depending on set up and duties )
Our client who we have worked with for many years are needing some extra support due to demand and seek a Long term locum GP. To them, all GPs no matter of their seniority or position - are treated equally. They have a very fair day set up, as they want all GPs to have a good work life balance and working day.
They score GOOD with CQC and have high QOF points. Their day set up is a good one with 15 minute appts, 28 patients per day admin and up to 1 visit if there is one. They have a paramedic team who usually do most of the home visits so it is very unlikely that 1 will come up.
The package Locum:
- Up to £750 / day – Paid Gross
