Our client is a firm of Chartered Surveyors who specialise in Party Wall, Right of Light and Neighbourly matters now require a Graduate or Assistant level Party Wall Surveyor to join their growing team in St Albans.
The successful Party Wall Surveyor will be shadowing a Senior Surveyor preparing Party Wall awards and notices in accordance with the Party Wall Act 1996, as well as undertaking schedule of conditions. The majority of the projects will be London based.
